This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner has to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14441 of 2023 by order dated 21.07.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court during the Court hearing dates without fail except for unforeseen circumstances.
