Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Memo dated 26.02.2025 has been filed by them, wherein, it has been stated that the impugned prohibitory order has been withdrawn by the first respondent and hence, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
