The learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispense with the petitioner personal appearance in PRC No.58 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II Hosur, till the disposal of the main Criminal Original petition.

2. Considering the facts of the case and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with for time being and however, the petitioner ought to appear before the Trial Court as and when required for Trial.
