This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to complete the trial in C.C.No.14 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.14 of 2019 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
