2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had produced a copy of the memo dated 27.11.2019, stating that the Court for surrender has been wrongly mentioned as Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (The First Additional Sessions Court), Thanjavur instead of Hon'ble District and Sessions Court, Nagappattinam.

3. Recording the statement made in the memo and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 11.11.2019, the Special Court for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (The First Additional Sessions Court), Thanjavur mentioned in the order dated 11.11.2019, shall stand substituted as learned District and Sessions Court, Nagappattinam. The memo dated 27.11.2019 shall also form part of the order.

4. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 11.11.2019, shall remain intact.
