This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14929 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21396 of 2022 by order dated 26.09.2022, to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in connection with Crime No.501 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
