The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the award of the L.P.G.Gas dealership to the second respondent dated 29.07.2004.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that from the date of appointment to till date he has been continuing his dealership. This writ petition has been filed in the year 2004 i.e. after fourteen years and nothing survives in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Initially an Interim Order was granted on 29.11.2004 and subsequently the same was vacated on 28.04.2005. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
