This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai1, in C.C.No.1393 of 2015.
2. The petitioner seeks direction to the 1st respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai-1, in C.C.No.1393 of 2015.
