ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai1, in C.C.No.1393 of 2015.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to the 1st respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai-1, in C.C.No.1393 of 2015.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already executed.
