O R D E R

Aggrieved by the refusal on the part of the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed on the basis of the objection petition submitted by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent had objected to the registration of the document on the ground that she has filed a partition suit which included the property in question in O.S.No.193 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that there is no interim orders restraining the execution of sale deeds. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also conceded that the sale would be 2/5

subject to the result of the suit O.S.No.193 of 2015, Sub Court, Poonamallee.

3. Therefore, taking note of the above the Writ Petition is allowed, giving direction to the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed, which would be subject to the ultimate result of the said suit. No costs.
