Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the condition that the petitioners to sign before the concerned Police Station daily by 10.00 A.M until further orders imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.4404 of 2019 dated 04.09.2019 to sign before the concerned Court namely Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur.

O R D E R

The petitioners, who have been arrayed as accused, were granted bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur on 04.09.2019, on certain conditions. Seeking to modify the same, the present petition had been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were complying with the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge by reporting before the respondent police station. But, the petitioners are facing unnecessary harassment by the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

view that if the petitioners are directed to be present before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur, the ends of justice could be secured.

4. In the light of the above observations, the condition imposed in the earlier order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4404 of 2019, directing the petitioners to report daily before the concerned police station, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur.

5. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 04.09.2019 shall remain intact.

6. The Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
