The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.342 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that further investigation in Crime No.342 of 2023 had been stayed, pending disposal of Crl.O.P.No.20302 of 2023, by an order dated 05.09.2023, by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

3. In view of that particular fact, the petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition, if need arises.
