India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records pertaining to Award No.1 of 2020 in R.C.No.50/2016/A dated 15.12.2020 issued by the 1st Respondent followed by the arbitrary deduction of Rs.14,78,962/- towards development charges by the 3rd Respondent, quash the same in respect of the petitioner concerned for compensation amount for land comprised in Survey No.140/1A6A, measuring an extent of 0.04.4 Hec. or 10.87 Cents at Cowl Bazaar Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District and consequently directing the 3rd Respondent to refund the sum of Rs.14,78,962/- to the Petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that he is not pressing the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2/4

petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the reference Court, if so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
