PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest to this petitioners pending investigation in Cr.No.150 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. For Petitioner :

O R D E R
The petitioners herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 1/4
118(1) and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.150 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Due to previous enmity, these two petitioners called the injured person from his house and attacked him brutally with wooden log. Immediately, the injured was admitted in the hospital after getting in-patient treatment for one week. FIR has been registered at the instance of one Pachaiyappan, who is the father of the injured person.
3. The petition filed for anticipatory bail stating that these petitioners are innocent persons. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the first petitioner is having seven previous case and the second petitioner is having twelve previous case. Both are History Sheetors and they have brutally attacked the victim by name Shiva and cause grievous hurt. The abscondence of the petitioner remains as a danger to the victim. Therefore, the custody is required for investigation.
4. Considering the nature of the crime and the abscondence of the 2/4
petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
