ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 224 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.9,606/- in the above appeal.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied that the delay appears to have occasioned on account of inadvertence and erroneous calculation of the Court fee payable and the same is neither wilful nor deliberate as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner and thereby, I am inclined to allow this petition.
