This petition has been filed to restore the Appeal, which had been dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.02.2023.

2.The petitioner / appellant had died. CMP No.14209 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record his legal representatives. Before issuing the order copy, the Registry may carry out necessary amendment in the cause title. It is informed that the learned counsel had died when the matter came for hearing. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, this petition stands allowed. The appeal suit stands restored.
