This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Thiruvallur in C.M.P.No.5466 of 2019 dated 03.10.2019 and permit the petitioner to travel abroad pending disposal of the above case in C.C.No.60 of 2016.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and an endorsement to that effect also has been made by him.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
