C.M.P.Nos.23723, 23724 and 23721 of 2023 in S.A.No.529 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 2134 days in seeking to set-aside the abatement caused by the death of deceased 4th respondent in the above Second Appeal.

ii. To set aside the abatement caused by the death of the deceased 4th respondent in the above second appeal.. iii. To bring on record the 10th and 11th respondent as legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent and rank them as 10th and 11 th respondents

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. Mr.K.Hari, undertakes to file vakalat for Respondents 10 and 11.

4. Post the matter on 15.12.2023.
