Authority dated 25.02.2022 based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022, followed by her reminder representation dated 30.10.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has been reinstated into service pursuant to the order of the Revisional Authority dated 25.02.2022. The petitioner seeks for implementation of the said order. The petitioner has given a representation on 01.03.2022 and a reminder on 30.10.2022 for the said purpose. Since the representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations, referred to supra, are considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/4

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2022, followed by his reminder representation dated 30.10.2022, seeking for implementation of the order of the Revisional Authority dated 25.02.2022, under which, the petitioner has been reinstated into service, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
