ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 28.06.2024 and for a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 08.03.2017 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 02.01.2025, this Court had allowed the writ petition and directed the 4th respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner. The matter was posted today under the caption for "Reporting compliance".

3. The learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Kundrathur, dated 03.02.2025 wherein it is seen that appropriate order has been passed issuing patta in favour of the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that by today or at the latest by tomorrow morning, the patta will be uploaded in the on-line mode.
