The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed in C.A.No.61 of 2020 dated 05.04.2023 on the file of the learned Principal Session Judge of Erode against the conviction imposed in judgment by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court - II, Erode in S.TC/No.701 of 2018 dated 22.01.2020.

2. Mr.C.Ramaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
