O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the disobedience in complying the order passed by this Court dated 29.04.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.7501 of 2019, thereby directed the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1506 of 2018 within a period of three months.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that they have completed the investigation in Crime No.1506 of 2018 and awaiting for the expert opinion from the Joint Director of Medical Board and about to file a final report.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file a final report and complete the investigation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
