This petition is filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the appeal.
Heard Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate for the petitioner. The sole respondent having been served and the learned counsel has entered appearance, there is no representation for the respondent.
The delay is 200 days, for which, the reasons have been adused in the affidavit. Having been satisfied with the same, the delay of 200 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
