The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an application to issue Subpoena to the Assistant Engineer. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. It is made clear that any liberty is subject to the discretion of the Trial Court.
