This application for amendment is allowed with a clarification that as against the name of the first plaintiff, she is required to be recorded as dead and other plaintiffs are to be recorded as the heirs of the first plaintiff.

2. The plaintiffs are directed to carry out the amendment in the manner indicated above, by today itself.
