ORDER

Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, who appears for the respondent would accede to the fact that the respondent are indeed liable to refund the security deposit of Rs.25 lakhs paid by the petitioner in respect of commissioning of 2.5 MW Solar Power Plant at Nadakottai Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul.

In light of the same, mandamus is issued directing the respondent to refund the amount of Rs. 25 lakhs, for which purpose, four weeks' time is sought for from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and is granted.

Writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
