This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the first and second respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 will be considered and disposed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In any event, the petitioner is directed to furnish a fresh copy of the representation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
