This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 198 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.Though this Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 198 days in filing the above appeal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition has been filed to condone the delay in representation only, but in the prayer portion, inadvertently, it is mentioned as condone the delay in filing. 4.In view of the above said submissions, this Petition is treated as if it is filed to condone the delay of 198 days in representing the above appeal. 5.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and in the interest of justice, the delay of 198 days in representing the above Appeal is condoned.
