This is an application for condonation of the delay of 285 days in filing the writ appeal. Heard Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the applicant; and, Mr.T.Ramesh, learned counsel for the non-applicant.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant opposes the application on the ground that no cause much less sufficient cause is mentioned in the application.

We have gone through the accompanying affidavit and reasons are given in the application.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 285 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
