Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in C.P.No.341 of 2022 dated 01.09.2023 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore. In the meantime, during the pendency of the writ petition, the main I.D itself was disposed of and thereby the writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the above said submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
