O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the detenue/petitioner's elder sister namely Mallika aged about 73 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. After hearing the petition on merits and conversing with the detenue, this Court finds that the detenue is not in the illegal custody of anyone.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
