This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.395 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

Mr.S.Vinodh Kumar, learned Counsel for Government (Crl.Side) appearing for respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent police after completing investigation, had filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chidambaram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.169 of 2018.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication in this criminal original petition and therefore,
