ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Crime No.327 of 2017 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Counsel for Government (Crl Side), submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the learned XVIIIth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet in C.C.No.9059 of 2017. The learned counsel further submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and the case is pending for judgement.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
