This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27486 of 2022 on 14.11.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting bail had directed the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds having guideline value of Rs.10 lakhs to the Credit of Crime No.454 of 2022. He would further submit that the petitioner does not own immovable property, but, his friend is willing to deposit the original title deeds having guideline value of Rs.10 lakhs, whereas, the learned Judicial Magistrate is not accepting the same. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

Sma 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court is modified as follows: "the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds having guideline value of Rs.10 lakhs either belonging to himself or family members or friends to the credit of crime number at the time of executing the sureties"
