This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25719 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore Town Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
