Prayer in W.P.No.27910 of 2006: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in relation to the proceedings in No.E1/31753/TNSTC(Salem)/2006, dated 24.07.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners for the post of driver in the Salem and Region for the existing vacancies available with the second respondent. Prayer in W.P.No.27911 of 2006: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in relation to the proceedings in No.E1/31755/TNSTC(Salem)/2006, dated 24.07.

Prayer in W.P.No.27912 of 2006: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in relation to the proceedings in No.E1/31756/TNSTC(Salem)/2006, dated 24.07.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners for the post of Conductor in the Namkkal Region for the existing vacancies available with the second respondent. : Mr.S.Rajeni Ramadass COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in these writ petitions are one and the same all the three writ petitions were taken up

together and common order is being passed in these writ petitions.

When the matters were taken up for hearing, M/S.S.Rajeni Ramadass, learned Stating counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation submitted that the petitioners in all the three writ petition were duly appointed by the second respondent department subsequent to the filing of the writ petitions. He has also produced the letter issued by the second respondent showing the date of appointment of the petitioners in all the writ petitions.

3.In view of the above, since nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
