This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15793 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
