ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd Respondent to correct the FMB relating to his property situated in Survey No.350/3B measuring 8 1⁄2 cents at Irumathur Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering his representation dated 13.07.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed dated 04.04.2017 for the purpose of providing pathway access to his other lands. The FMB prepared by the official Respondents is not in accordance with the measurements purchased by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 13.07.2024 to the 2nd Respondent seeking rectification of FMB in accordance with the sale deed of the petitioner and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 2/4

Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation will be considered by the Respondents in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and the private Respondents 3 to 6 and other interested parties.
