Respondents *Amended Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the order in G.O.(Nilai) No.29, Public Health and Family Welfare(F2) Department dated 29.01.2008 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioners services as per the order, dated 10.01.1996 in O.A. No.4366/95 from the date of regular vacancies which arose after the petitioners reinstatement on and from 12.11.1996 or from the date of completion of 10 years of service from their original date of joining and to sanction us monthly pension DCRG and all other terminal and consequential benefits including the arrears of monthly pension, together with interest within a specified period as may be fixed by this Court. *(PRAYER AMENDED AS PER ORDER DATED 22.11.2024 IN WMP No.34691/2024) For Petitioners : Mr.V. ORDER

This Court in its earlier proceedings i.e., 03.09.2025 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who sought time to file the translated copies of documents and adjourned the matter 2/4

to 17.09.2025. Further, it was also recorded that failure to do so, the writ petition will be dismissed on the next hearing date.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the translated copies of documents are not filed, as undertaken by the learned counsel for the petitioner in earlier proceedings.

3. As the earlier directions were not complied, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
