dpa/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1520 of 2021 and the next hearing date is 12.10.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
