This writ petition was filed in year 2004 by the petitioner company to quash the impugned notice in O.C.No.225 of 2004 dated 12.05.2004 issued by the respondent as the same is illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in law.

2. Mr.V.Kuberan, learned counsel for the petitioner, on written instructions from his client, states that the matter is still pending before the AAIFR. Since the petitioner had the benefit of an interim order, it would inequitable at this juncture to disturb status-quo and therefore, this Court is of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the view that whatever interim protection the petitioner had been enjoying all these years shall enure to them till the matter is decided by the AAIFR.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
