This petition has been filed to permit the appellant/petitioner to withdraw the balance amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs) along with accrued interest and cost lying in the credit of MCOP.

No.899 of 2008 on the file of MACT/Principal District Court at Tiruppur.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. The appellant is directed to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest from the concerned Bank.
