ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to restrain the 2nd respondent from deducting or adjusting the loan account from the pension account No. 0103000100082586 of the petitioner towards any other loan account without following the due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, after filing of this petition, the petitioner had passed away. Hence, he would contend that nothing survives in this petition and requests this Court to close the present petition.
