This petition has been filed for seeking police protection to the petitioner's life and her tenanted medical shop property by name Sri Meenakshi Medicals at No.26, Ground floor, Shop No.2 (Western shop), Corporation Colony Main Road, Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 24.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has sought for police protection in the year 2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
