ORDER

The present application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to record evidence of 6th applicant/6th plaintiff as PW1 at her residence at 96, Kamaraj Avenue II Street, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020, pending disposal of the suit.

2. Mr.Kishore Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the present application in A.No.4166 of 2025 in C.S.No.163 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.

5. In fine, this Court appoints M/s.R.V.Gayatri, learned counsel, (Mobile No:9566392824) as Advocate Commissioner.

6. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall be entitled for a remuneration of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), which shall be borne and paid by the applicant.
