This application has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety and should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram stipulated in Crl.O.P.No.27206 of 2022 vide order dated 09.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail had directed the petitioner to furnish two sureties and that out of which one surety was directed to be a blood related surety. He would submit that the petitioner's blood relatives do not have any property and thereby, he has filed this petition seeking for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27206 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two normal sureties and they should produce documents to show his/her means, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram. All other conditions remains intact.
