This petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 27.06.2023 in WP.No.14395 of 2023.

2. This Court while dispose of the said Writ Petition, has issued the following directions:

"6. In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, we direct the tribunal to take up the OA.No.225 of 2023 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The parties are directed to agitate all the contentions raised in the writ petition before the Tribunal. It is made clear that the tribunal shall dispose of the said O.A. without being influenced by the orders passed by this Court and the tribunal." 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court while dispose of the said Writ Petition on 17.06.2023 gave a direction to the 1/3

Tribunal to dispose of OA.No.225 of 2023 within a period of four weeks. However, no final order has been passed till date and the same is posted for final arguments on 02.01.2024.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the Tribunal to dispose of the said Original Application as early as possible without any further delay. If there is any delay in disposal of the said Original Application, the petitioner shall file necessary petition before the Tribunal and seek for interim relief.
