rpl offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) & 351(3) of BNS, 2023, r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act. 2.

According to the prosecution, four persons sustained injuries in the attack allegedly caused by these petitioners along with others. He further submitted that four of the accused are still absconding and there is possibility of the petitioners causing further injury to the victim.

3. Considering the nature of the crime, the stage of investigation and the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed for the present.
