COMMON ORDER By consent, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners were appointed as time instructors in order to ensure Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 vide G.O.Ms.No.177 School Education (C2) Department dated 11.11.2011. Similarly 16,549 persons were appointed as time instructors in the sanctioned post. The petitioners are also the persons among them. Though they were appointed in the year 2012, their services were not regularized. In this regard, they made representations dated 30.07.2019, 27.07.2019, 02.08.2019, 25.07.2019, 17.08.2019, 01.08.2019 and 26.07.2019 but the same have not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioners have filed these present petitions.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 30.07.2019, 27.07.2019, 02.08.2019, 25.07.2019, 17.08.2019, 01.08.2019 and 26.07.2019and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

5.Therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners; representations dated 30.07.2019, 27.07.2019, 02.08.2019, 25.07.2019, 17.08.2019, 01.08.2019 and 26.07.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
