PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned IV Additional District Judge at Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.913 of 2021 on its file within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.J.Kingsly Solomon

O R D E R

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.913 of 2021 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge at Coimbatore.

2. When the revision came up for admission, I called for a report on 04.10.2024. In compliance, the learned IV Additional District Judge at Coimbatore has sent a report dated 14.10.2024 stating that the suit is posted for framing of issues on 21.10.2024.

3. Considering the fact that the civil revision petitioners are senior citizens, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Additional District 2/4

Judge at Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.913 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
