O R D E R

I have gone through the records and am satisfied that the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Sholinganallur has passed a detailed order in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.646 of 2024 on 06.09.2024.

2. The petition being one under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is maintainable against the said order before the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed. The time taken from 30.09.2024 till the receipt of the certified copy of the order in this revision shall stand excluded. The petitioners may work out their rights in the civil miscellaneous appeal, if they so desire. There shall be no order as to costs.
